In fact, The Sandstone Restaurant is one of only two restaurants in Ireland to have been recognised with a 2AA Rosette Award for Excellence in Food, based on a first-time inspection. What makes this even more incredible, is that the fruits and vegetable that we use in our recipes are the very ones we grow in our gardens. It’s something that lets us control and guarantee quality local produce.
