“We stayed in Lough Rynn last night. I upgraded to the Clements suite which was heaven. A 4 poster bed and jacuzzi in the room. Sumptuous. We were a million miles away from the stresses of city life. We walked and talked. Dinner was outstanding in the Sandstone restaurant. I am sure that a Michelin star will follow here in due course. Breakfast too was lovely. The whole place just oozes relaxation.”
“Beautiful castle estate hotel”
“My wife and I spent 1 night at Lough Rynn as part of our honeymoon trip across Ireland. We had booked a ‘best available ‘ package and were delighted to be allocated the best room in the hotel, the O’Carolan suite, with a huge bathroom including roll top bath and steam shower, plus a beautiful bedroom with a king size bed facing the main window overlooking the estate grounds and lake. We took a lovely walk around the estate gardens and woodland and enjoyed an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant. As with our stay at their sister hotel, Kilronan Castle, the staff were very friendly and courteous and the food was amazing. Great value for a luxury retreat.”
